Members of the Triangle Coalition recognize the importance of a workforce that is mathematically and scientifically literate.  The Triangle Coalition takes an active role in informing members of Congress about issues that are important to mathematics, science, and technology education. The Coalition is involved with development and support of federal legislation that authorizes and funds professional development for science, mathematics, and technology education teachers.
