If you prefer to register via mail, a PDF registration form is available. 

Cancellations
Must be in writing (mail or fax). Phone calls and e-mail will not be accepted. Cancellations received by February 7, 2008 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. All cancellations received after February 7 and no-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Hotel Information:
The conference will be held at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria hotel which is located in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria, VA with all the shopping and dining opportunities. It is adjacent to the King Street Metro and Amtrak Station and is just minutes outside the nation's capital. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the hotel at a special conference rate of $188 single; $208 double. These rates are only available until January 25, 2008.
